Q:HOW LONG DOES AN ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Please note: The delivery date of your order will vary based on the shipping method you select.

For North American Orders:

  • UPS Standard: 2-5 business days.
  • UPS Expedited: 2-3 business days.
  • UPS Express Saver: Next business day.
  • UPS Express: Next business day by end of day.
  • UPS Express Early: Next business day by 8:00 a.m. or 9:30 a.m.
  • Canada Post Regular Parcel: 2-9 business days.
  • Canada Post Expedited Parcel: 1-7 business days.
  • Canada Post Xpresspost: 1-2 business days.
  • Canada Post Priority: Next business day.

For International Orders:

  • UPS Expedited: 3-5 business days.
  • UPS Express Saver: 3-5 business days.
  • UPS Express: 2-3 business days.
  • UPS Express Early: 2-3 business days.
  • Canada Post Xpresspost: 4-10 business days.
  • Canada Post Priority: 2-5 business days.

Q: I'VE PLACED MY ORDER. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT? 

 You will be emailed that your order is shipped within 1-7 business days. Please allow time for the order to be processed and packaged.

  You will be emailed an order number. If you selected express shipping, you will   receive a tracking number. 

 

Q: CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER IT’S BEEN PLACED?

Q: CAN I CANCEL OR RETURN MY ORDER?

We do not currently offer refunds only exchanges for online purchases.

• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us

Once you place your order online, you will be able to see the details of the purchase through the email you provided us given your shipping option you have chosen provides tracking.
